Dr. Francesca Capuano

After obtaining a Scientific High School Diploma, she enrolled in the Degree Programme in Veterinary Medicine, graduating on 7 July 2004.

In the same year, she obtained her license to practise veterinary medicine.

From the outset of her professional career, she developed a strong interest in exotic animal medicine. In 2006, she joined SIVAE - Società Italiana Veterinaria per Animali Esotici (Italian Society for Exotic Animal Veterinary Medicine), regularly attending advanced courses and continuing professional development programmes.

Following graduation, she undertook clinical training placements in several veterinary clinics and practices, progressively acquiring increasing levels of clinical autonomy and independent case
management skills.

In April 2017, she was awarded the General Practitioner Certificate in Exotic Animal Practice GpCert.
(ExAP).

In 2021, she attended the General Practitioner Advanced Certificate in Small Mammal Practice.

She currently serves as Medical Director at the “3 Archi” Veterinary Clinic in Osimo (AN), Italy, where her clinical activity is primarily focused on exotic animal medicine and surgery, as well as internal medicine and routine surgery in companion animals.
